Students are assigned an 学术 Guidance Team member (Advisor or Success Coach) after they begin courses with ACC. 如果你是 current student, please use the button below to contact your advisor for support from a specialist in your area of study.

如果你是 新, transfer student with 12 or more credit hours or a student who has not yet been assigned an advisor, you can get a full advising session through *Zoom using your computer or mobile device! See the information below to speak with an 在线咨询 Team Member.

New ACC students who have fewer than 12 credit hours should complete our Online New Student Orientation to get familiar with the college and our processes. Once you complete you will be given a link to schedule a session with our Orientation Advisors for any additional support you may need.

Maximize Your Area of Study Advising Session

Tips that will make the most of your visit with your academic guide:

   • Check Self Service to make sure your program is correct. If it isn’t, your area of study specialist will help you update it during your session.
   • Think about your educational and career goals.

2. Participate in the session
   • Share important information to help with educational planning.
   • Take notes – have a pen and paper to write down the answers to your questions.
   • Be sure to ask follow-up questions or ask for clarification on things that are unclear or confusing.

   • Recap your understanding of the advice you have received.
   • Book your next appointment with your advisor.
