的 Office of 教师评价 maintains and implements 奥斯丁 Community College (ACC) District faculty evaluation timelines and procedures recommended by the 教师发展 and Evaluation shared governance committee. Evaluation is required for faculty counselors, full-time/adjunct faculty, and 学院图书馆员. 的 evaluation process is intended to provide feedback to faculty on the effectiveness of their classroom instruction and aid in the development of their professional development plans.

Submitting Final 教师评价 Materials
Evaluation materials are due annually from the deans/executive deans by July 20th, every year. To submit the final evaluation materials (the Evaluation Summary form and/or the Supplemental Conference form, 如果使用), please use our new archival solution called 盒子.
盒子 is a secure cloud storage platform managed by ACC的信息 Technology (IT). Instructions are below:

- Log into your 盒子 account.
- Open the “Archive” folder in your program/division folder and find the folder with the fiscal year.
- Upload all of the completed and final summary forms to the fiscal year folder.

- All submitted documents must include the associated Datatel# (ACCeID).
- All submitted materials must be final.
- All materials must be signed by all authorities.
- All final materials must be submitted via 盒子.
Evaluation materials are due annually from the deans by July 20th, every year.
重要的是: If faculty signatures are missing in the Faculty Summary Evaluation Form, document the repeated efforts to get the signature and attach that document to the form for the archives. 也, email any faculty member who hasn’t signed and alert them to the fact that there will be documentation of repeated requests for signature attached to the evaluation summary form that is retained by the College.
